Since its inception in February of 1999, Fresno City College Manchester Educational Resource Center (MERC) has strived to provide the newest and most innovative techniques in order to better serve its clients, students, and community. Located at Manchester Mall in Fresno MERC's state of the art computer facility is equipped with the latest software. The Manchester Educational Resource Center began offering short-term classes in July 2001, such as Office Assistant, Computerized Accounting, Medical Billing, and an open entry/open exit Computer Lab to serve clients, students, or any individual enrolled into one of MERC's programs. MERC also has Suiting Up For Success to help clients appear professional when attending interviews with a potential employer.
