I am a Registered Dietitian and a graduate of California State University, Fresno. I work with clients in the areas of basic nutrition, healthy eating, weight management, sports performance, eating disorders, and chronic disease risk reduction. I understand the challenges busy students face and I strive to find simple effective strategies that improve overall health. I am available for individual nutritional counseling, dietary analysis, and body fat testing, in the Health Center on Fridays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. In addition I am also available for classroom presentations during those times.
