There are three ways to meet with a Counselor

Go Online - Online Counseling Services are available to students needing assistance with general counseling questions (no personal records can be accessed). Students can search our FAQ database or receive LIVE online counseling assistance at Online Counseling Services.

First time college students will have an Orientation Hold that must be cleared before seeing a counselor. You may make arrangements to attend a New Student Orientation and receive help with your first semester class registration by contacting College Relations at (559) 442-8225. If you do not need help selecting classes, you may complete the Online Orientation.Image of the FCC Counselors

Drop-In - counselors are usually available throughout the day in the Counseling Center on a limited first-come, first-served basis.

Schedule an Appointment – counseling appointments may be made at the front desk of the Counseling Center, or by calling (559) 442-8226.  Appointments are made exactly one week in advance. Appointments are not made during Ram Rush (busy registration times).

5/18/10 - Important Note:  the last day to make an appointment will be on Friday, May 21 for the following Friday, May 28.  Appointments will resume again sometime in late August/early September.
