Request to Change Your Address

Students are responsible for notifying the college when his/her address, telephone or email address changes.

  • Current students notify the college by logging in to WebAdvisor (embedded link)
  • Former students can notify the college by completing an online Address Change form (embedded link to ) or by a dated and signed letter (signature is REQUIRED) with the following information:

      • Name
      • Other Last Names (if appropriate)
      • Date of birth
      • Student ID or SSN
      • Current Address
      • Current Telephone Number
      • Current Email Address (if appropriate)

  • Written Notification should be mailed to:
