Students are responsible for notifying the college when his/her address, telephone or email address changes.
- Current students notify the college by logging in to WebAdvisor (embedded link)
- Former students can notify the college by completing an online Address Change form (embedded link to ) or by a dated and signed letter (signature is REQUIRED) with the following information:
- Name
- Other Last Names (if appropriate)
- Date of birth
- Student ID or SSN
- Current Address
- Current Telephone Number
- Current Email Address (if appropriate)
- Written Notification should be mailed to:
