An enrollment or GPA certification will include all courses enrolled and/or taken, within the State Center Community College District (Fresno City College, Career & Technology Center, Manchester Center, Reedley College, Clovis/Madera/Oakhurst/Willow International Centers as well as other associated sites).
Students with outstanding financial obligations will not be provided enrollment or GPA certifications until the hold is cleared by the Business office.
The following definitions are used by Fresno City College when certifying the enrollment of students to outside agencies such as the National Student Loan Clearing House, lending institutions, the Social Security Administration, insurance companies, and the California Student Aid Commission:
Full-time - 12 units or more
Half-time - 6 to 11.9 units
Less than Half time - fewer than 6 units
How to Request an Enrollment or GPA Certification

To request an enrollment or GPA certification in writing, send a dated and signed letter (Your signature is REQUIRED) to the Admissions & Records office that includes:
- Your name (any other name used while attending FCC)
- Date-of-birth
- Student ID number or SSN
- Current address
- Phone number
- Term of Enrollment or if GPA is needed
- The exact address where your enrollment certification should be sent
Normally, enrollment or GPA certifications are processed in two to five working days except during periods which involve holidays or at the end of each semester. At those times, students should allow at least 10 working days for processing.
